Aesthetic Surgery may be a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the body. It may be divided into two categories. The primary is anaplastic which has craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and therefore the treatment of burns. The opposite is cosmetic or aesthetic surgery. While surgical operation aims to reconstruct part of the body or improve its functioning, rhytidectomy aims at improving the looks of it. Both of those techniques are used throughout the planet.
